Experience
Huang Lui has practiced for more than 40 years as a property and conveyancing lawyer. Unlike the day to day conveyancer her work involves what can be described as high end conveyancing involving matters like
- Banking law and the preparation of a variety of banking instruments
- Preparation of joint venture agreements between developers
- En-bloc collective sales
- Advising clients on Reits
- Acting for housing and commercial developers
- Advising corporate clients
- Leasing of residential and commercial buildings
She has a sharp and critical mind and was trained as a conveyancer. This gives her an edge as her work straddles different branches of the law – particularly property law, banking and corporate law. She has created a niche for herself in this area of practice.
She has a phenomenal capacity for hard work and is capable of undertaking different complex tasks at the same time. Unlike many conveyancers she keeps up with developments in the law and practice.
She is fluent in written and spoken Mandarin. This, she finds, is a great advantage when dealing with Chinese speaking clients.
