S. Gerard Vincent

S. Gerard Vincent joined the Firm as a partner on 2 July 2001.

He has more than 20 years of experience in legal and corporate practice as Legal Officer of Singapore Airlines Limited, Advocate & Solicitor at Rodyk & Davidson and Company Secretary of Sembawang Shipyard Limited, Sembawang Corporation Limited (now known as SembCorp Industries Limited), Jurong Shipyard Limited and SembCorp Marine Limited.

Gerard has been involved in numerous multi million dollar investigations, negotiations, settlements, joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, claims, recoveries, initial public offerings, loan and other financing arrangements, local and international public relations and human resource projects and management of the meetings of Shareholders, the various Boards of Directors and Audit Committees of the Listed Companies that he has worked for.

Gerard's vast experience in assisting companies and corporations in their day to day operations and affairs makes him ideally suited to provide advice and consultancy to companies and corporations not only in legal matters but also in other areas of their activities and operations.

Gerard is also involved extensively in engineering and construction advice, disputes, litigation and arbitration, safety and health programmes and investigations into industrial accidents and related matters for the Firm's clients.
