Huang Lui

Huang Lui was admitted to practice in Singapore in 1968. She received her LLB (Hons) in 1967 and her LLM in 1971. She practices in the areas of property, banking, finance and securities and corporate and commercial law.

She has extensive experience in property work and has acted for many leading developers, banks and financial institutions. Her work includes advice and contract documentation for development projects for landed properties, condominiums, commercial buildings, industrial land and buildings, en-bloc sale and purchase and leases for commercial, industrial and residential properties.

Building on her experience in property work over the years, she has also acquired substantive experience in corporate, commercial, banking, finance and securities work including the preparation of sale and purchase of shares agreement, sale and purchase of business and assets agreement, joint venture agreement, financial and loan documentation.

She is proficient in the Chinese language and is able to read and write Chinese.
