Chua Siak Kim

Chua Siak Kim was admitted to practice in 1974 and has over 30 years of experience in legal practice. He joined Oehlers & Choa in January 1977 which firm subsequently merged with Wee Swee Teow & Co in 1989. He obtained his Master of Laws degree from the University of Queensland, Australia in December 2002

In the course of his practice, he has acquired experience in Property, Banking and solicitors' work including Probate and Administration and Estate matters. He has acted for individuals, companies, financial institutions, developers and statutory boards in leases, collective sales, development projects, sales, purchases, mortgages and Central Provident Fund Board related transactions, including documentation and advice.

He now practises in the Firm as a Consultant.
