Chiah Kok Khun
Chiah Kok Khun has over 19 years of experience in legal practice. He was in the Singapore Legal Service before joining private practice in 1992. His experience in the legal service includes serving as Deputy Registrar of the Subordinate Courts, Magistrate, Coroner, President of the Juvenile Court and Referee of the Small Claims Tribunal. He practises corporate and commercial litigation and acts for Defendants in commercial crime prosecution. He has been involved in numerous major disputes before the Courts.

- Acting in several shareholders' disputes before the High Court involving companies with very substantial assets.
- Acting in litigation involving complex trusts and equitable claims
