WEE SWEE TEOW & CO is known for its friendly working environment. Members of the firm are encouraged to intermingle with their peers and seniors. Young lawyers are given the opportunity to work closely with their senior colleagues so that there will be a transfer of knowledge and expertise. They are exposed to different areas of the law so that they can discover their preferences and talents early. They are also encouraged to work independently so that their talents can be developed to the fullest.

We believe that the staff should have quality time outside of work and hence they are encouraged to strike a balance between work and leisure. At Wee Swee Teow & Co Saturdays are off days.
